Honduran Coffee Alliance is a social enterprise with the simple mission to “connect coffee producers and buyers in a fair and sustainable way”. We partner with producers to develop mutually beneficial direct trade relationships with roasters who believe transparency, sustainability and social responsibility are important to their business. We manage export and import logistics We have three core options in the category we call 'Specialty Blenders' - these are designed to be 84 pt coffees that work great as a core coffee for a specialty roaster's blend or base coffee. They are available in full container lots - 275 bags of 69kg. Jorge Serrano is a larger producer with a huge passion to drive positive impact in Honduras through his coffee farm. CAFEUNO is a coop representing over 150 producers that have long been stuck in the conventional method of selling coffee but with a manager that is a dreamer and together we've been able to form an awesome regional lot that is a perfect fit for roasters. Elevar is a newer cooperative with big dream to elevate the soil, farmers, families, communities in the Olancho area. We design three main rounds of samples. The first round of samples are ready mid February (focused on larger lots) and the next round in late March (with biggest spread of high quality coffee).
