Mune has six years of coffee farming experience and three years supplying export channels. The 3-hectare farm is shade-managed and intercropped with enset, and agronomic practices including composting, mulching, weeding, pruning, stumping, de-suckering, active disease management, improved varietal planting and an on-farm seedling nursery. The offer is fully traceable to this single producer. Kurume is the primary varietal an indigenous Yirgachefe landrace. Full natural process, dried on 40 raised beds.
