This coffee comes from the village of Aipecito, in Neiva, and is the result of the shared effort of three coffee growers and friends from the area who, through dedication and hard work, have joined forces to offer some of the finest beans from this region: Milton Garzón from El Shalon, William Lozada from El Paraíso, and Hernando Hueje from La Esmeralda. Each farm plays an important role in this project: El Shalon, led by coffee grower Milton Garzón; El Paraíso, cultivated by William Lozada; and La Esmeralda, grown by Hernando Hueje. Thanks to the careful selection of this lot, it has been classified as a specialty coffee, with a clean cup, no defects, and a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, representing the true standard of Huila. This decaffeinated version comes from the same origin and the same producers of our regional Huila, so it keeps the identity, traceability, and quality of the original lot. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy the character of this coffee without caffeine. This decaf give you the chance to taste the same blend under two different shapes.
