Wholesale Green Coffee (B2B)
Arkena Coffee
Sidama, Bensa, Denbi | Natural Grade 1 | 85.5 Points This offer comes from Ganole Gara Morka, a smallholder producer farming four hectares in the village of Denbi, Bensa woreda, in Eastern Sidama. Ganole brings eight years of coffee farming experience and three years of direct export activity, and manages the plot with composting, selective weeding, pruning, shade management, intercropping, improved varietals, and his own seedling nursery. Haricot bean is grown alongside coffee as a rotational food crop. Varietal 74158 is dominant on the farm. Processing is full natural: cherry is dried on raised beds, then held in a ventilated warehouse ahead of export. Cup quality has been scored at 85.5 points and graded Ethiopia Grade 1. The profile is aromatic and savoury-forward, with spice and lemon on the nose, mild and well-integrated acidity, rue spice and citrus in the cup, a light and tea-like body, and a smooth finish. It suits roasters building single-origin filter programmes or looking for a distinctive natural Sidama component in a specialty blend.
