This coffee comes from the village of Aipecito, in Neiva. It is the result of the shared effort of three coffee growers and friends from the area who, through dedication and hard work, have joined forces to offer you the finest beans from this region: Milton Garzón from El Shalon, William Lozada from El Paraíso, and Hernando Hueje from La Esmeralda. Each farm plays an important role in this project: El Shalon, led by coffee grower Milton Garzón; El Paraíso, cultivated by William Lozada; and La Esmeralda, grown by Hernando Hueje. Thanks to the careful selection of this lot, it has been classified as a specialty coffee. With a clean cup, free of defects, and a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, this coffee represents the true standard of Huila.
