Stitch Coffee is a Sydney specialty roaster supplying cafes, restaurants, hotels and offices since 2015. We source ethically traded green coffee, roast in-house in Alexandria, and back every wholesale partner with barista training, equipment know-how and business support from small cafes to hospitality giants. We run our own venues (QVB, Broadway, Marrickville and Sydney Fish Market) and supply 60+ cafes across Sydney, so we understand what a busy bar needs: consistency, fast turnaround and a blend that tastes great through milk at 7am. OUR BLENDS • Higgs Field : Milk chocolate, berries, macadamia. Colombia, Ethiopia and Brazil; medium roast. Our signature milk blend think strawberry and chocolate milkshake. • Hobnob : Dried fruits, sugar plum, chocolate caramel. Colombian Popayán base; medium-dark. Great as espresso, even better with milk. • Black Field : Dark chocolate, caramel, raw sugar. Brazil and Peru; darker roast. Clean, simple, milk-based daily driver. • Dark Field : Dark chocolate, toasted almond, caramel. Classic Italian-style espresso for a strong start to the day. • Colombia Popayán Decaf: Buttery, caramel, milk chocolate. Medium roast, suits all methods. SINGLE ORIGINS A rotating seasonal line-up currently featuring Ethiopia (Adorsi, Jigesa), Kenya (Inoi Thaita AA, Githembe AB) and Colombian lots for filter, batch brew and guest espresso.
