Personalized coffee training to help home baristas get dialed in, build confidence, and make better coffee at home. Training can include espresso dialing-in, grinder adjustment, brewing techniques, recipe development, equipment setup, workflow, troubleshooting, and guidance when shopping for coffee gear. Training formats: One-on-one, hands-on, online/virtual, and in-person sessions. Who it’s for: Beginners building a home coffee setup, experienced home baristas looking to improve, espresso enthusiasts, pour-over brewers, and anyone who wants practical help solving coffee and equipment challenges. Experience: Working in the coffee industry since 2000, with experience across many levels of the industry, including global coffee educator, project manager for training and education, and now founder/leader of a specialty coffee brand in Austin, Texas. Training availability: Local training in the Austin area, online training throughout the U.S. and beyond, and travel-based training available for clients and groups depending on location and scheduling.
