On the Greenrim of Hamburg, we roast specialty coffee with a passion for precision and provenance. On our 35kg Loring — one of the most efficient and gentle roasting machines of its kind — we carefully craft two distinct roast profiles from hand-selected green coffee: light for filter coffee and medium-light for espresso. This lets each bean shine exactly where it performs best — as a clear, nuanced filter cup or as a rounded, balanced espresso. But great coffee doesn't start in the roasting drum — it starts at origin. We source our coffee directly from friends who grow it in the countries of origin — people we know personally and trust. Together, we share the conviction that exceptional coffee and responsible farming go hand in hand. That's why our partners place a strong focus on regenerative farming practices: methods that rebuild soil instead of depleting it, promote biodiversity, and protect the environment for generations to come.
