ECRE is a Sydney-based specialty coffee roasting and co-manufacturing facility offering contract production of single-serve drip bags and steeped bags for roasters, cafes and coffee brands. What we do: - Drip bag (pour-over) production: individually sealed, ready-to-brew sachets for retail, hospitality and travel. - Steeped bag production: single-serve immersion bags (tea-bag style) that brew hot or cold, ideal for offices, hotels and on-the-go. - Fast turnaround: once we receive your roasted beans, everything is processed and packaged in under 7 days. - Twelve-month shelf life on the finished product. - Envelope options: plain white envelopes with brewing instructions printed on the back (low MOQ), or fully custom digitally printed envelopes with no printing plates, so multiple designs can run in a short time (MOQ 3,000 units). - Boxes: plain or custom printed outer boxes in 5-unit and 10-unit configurations. Custom packaging is quoted separately. - Two supply options: send us your roasted coffee and we grind, dose and pack it, or have us roast for you on our Probat and Loring roasters (5kg through 70kg batch capacity) and run it straight into production. - Quality control at every stage, from grind profile and dose weight to seal integrity. Who we work with: We already produce drip and steeped bag runs for a number of Australia's leading specialty roasters and cafe groups, as well as private-label brands. Runs are scheduled through a structured production board so you always know where your job sits.
